【摘要】目的探讨优质护理服务在慢性病防治院门诊中的应用。方法选取门诊就诊的采用优质护理服务实施后的228例患者作为实验组，门诊优质护理服务实施前的患者219例作为对照组。采用问卷调查的形式，观察比较患者对门诊护理服务满意度。结果实验组的各项满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)，患者的总满意度97.76%也高于对照组的91.56%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务能够提高门诊护理工作服务质量，提高患者的满意度和认可度，从而使医院在竞争中处于有利的地位。
