【摘要】目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血小板、白细胞、红细胞的形态和数量的变化及其对判断血管并发症的价值。方法检测58例2型糖尿病患者伴有血管病变，61例2型糖尿病患者无血管病变及50例健康人血小板、白细胞、红细胞的形态和数量，比较其改变。结果2型糖尿病伴有血管病变的患者血小板、白细胞、红细胞的形态和数量的变化明显异于2型糖尿病患者无血管病变及50例健康人,之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病伴有血管病变患者的血小板、白细胞和红细胞的形态和数量具有明显的变化,对判断血管并发症具有重要的临床价值。
