【摘要】目的探讨中医辨证分型治疗中老年高血压病临床效果。方法选择笔者所在科室2009年6月~2011年6月收治的中老年高血压病患者80例，随机分为两组各40例，对照组采用常规高血压药治疗，观察组给予中医辨证分型治疗，就两组临床结果进行回顾性比较分析。结果观察组40例中，显效28例，占70.0%；有效10例，占25.0%；无效2例，占5.0%，总有效率为95.0%。对照组40例中，显效9例，占22.5%；有效19例，占47.5%；无效12例，占30.0%，总有效率为70.0%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对中医辨证分型对患者进行治疗，具有较高安全性和有效性，治疗效果明显，明显提高了患者生存质量，具有十分积极的临床意义。
