【摘要】目的探讨非静脉曲张性上消化道出血采用急诊内镜治疗临床效果。方法选择笔者所在医院2009年1月~2011年1月收治的非静脉曲张性上消化出血患者80例，分组就急诊内镜诊治和常规治疗结果进行分析。结果观察组40例患者，止血成功率为90.0%。对照组40例患者，止血成功率为62.5%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对非静脉曲张性上消化道出血进行治疗时，采用急诊胃镜对病因进行明确诊断，提高临床治愈率。
