培美曲塞联合奈达铂治疗复发晚期上皮性卵巢癌的疗效观察(2)
本研究发现，培美曲塞联合奈达铂治疗复发晚期卵巢癌疗效可，总有效率35.3%，铂类敏感复发患者，总有效率为40.0%，对铂类耐药复发患者亦取得31.6%的有效率，两者比较差异无统计学意义，提示培美曲塞+奈达铂的近期疗效不受铂类耐药影响。但PFS、OS相比，两组比较差异有统计学意义。该反应毒副反应较轻，主要毒副反应为不同程度的白细胞下降及血小板下降，但均可耐受。
