【摘要】 目的：评价角膜病灶刮片检查在角膜炎中的应用价值。方法：对22例(22眼)角膜炎患者做角膜病灶刮片检查。结果：22例患者中14例诊断为真菌性角膜炎，6例检出真菌，检查率42.8%；8例诊断为细菌性角膜炎，2例检出细菌，检查率25.0%。结论：角膜病灶刮片检查有较高的实用价值。
