临床护理路径在鼻息肉切除术患者中的应用(1)

     【摘要】 目的：探讨临床护理路径在鼻息肉切除术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院拟行鼻息肉切除术患者90例，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各45例。观察组采用临床护理路径，对照组采用常规护理，对比两组患者住院时间、住院费用及患者满意度。结果：观察组患者平均住院时间、住院费用均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床护理路径提高鼻息肉切除术患者满意度，有效改善护理质量，值得临床推广。
