【摘要】 目的：研究冠脉CTA在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法：通过对40例临床疑似冠心病患者行64排螺旋CT扫描而进行冠脉血管成像(冠脉CTA)检查，同时进行冠脉造影检查，计算冠脉CTA与冠脉造影诊断冠心病的符合率。结果：120条冠脉发现不同程度的狭窄、钙化、软斑块、心肌桥，共计病变65处。冠状动脉造影发现病变69处。冠脉CTA与冠脉造影诊断的符合率94%。结论：冠脉CTA是一种无创、方便的检查方法，与冠脉造影诊断的符合率较高，是临床上筛查冠心病患者的一种有效手段。
