总之，对一些反复咳嗽咳痰、咯血、发热、呼吸困难患者，有基础疾病史，经过强有力抗感染疗效欠佳，肺部CT有楔形实变、小结节影尤其有晕轮征、空气新月征，血清GM试验或和G试验阳性，不宜长期使用抗生素，更不宜频繁更换抗生素，需高度怀疑IPA，其病情进展迅速，宜早期联合抗真菌治疗。
