     【摘要】 目的：探讨急性昏迷的病因和急诊抢救方法。方法：选取82例急诊首诊为急性昏迷的患者，分析其病因及诊治方法。结果：82例急性昏迷患者中，急性脑血管病占34.1%，代谢性脑病占24.4%，外伤占12.2%，酒精中毒占6.1%，急性中毒占6.1%，其他占17.1%。结论：对于急性昏迷患者，早期及时正确地分析清楚病因，对病情做出诊断和评估，采取有效的抢救措施，是急性昏迷抢救成功和降低死亡率、致残率的关键。
