【摘要】 目的：探讨血脂、脂肪肝与心电图之间的关系。方法：对笔者所在医院健康体检人群中血脂、脂肪肝异常的及血脂、脂肪肝正常的与心电图异常的关系。结果：血脂、脂肪肝异常的，其心电图异常率高，心电图表现以ST-T改变为主，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：血脂、脂肪肝会引起缺血性心电图改变。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the relationship between blood lipid，fatty liver and ECG.Method：In our hospital health examination crowd blood lipid，fatty liver abnormalities，blood lipid， fatty liver of normal，and abnormal electrocardiogram relationship.Result：Blood lipid，fatty liver abnormalities，the abnormal rate of ECG was high.The mainly of electrocardiogram expression was ST-T change，there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclution：Blood lipid，fatty liver can cause ischemic ECG changes ......
