【摘要】 基层医院护理质量的好坏直接关系到患者的健康和医院的声誉，随着护理模式的转变，“以人为本”、做好人性化护理将成为指导护理人员的基本理念。护理人员要在护理工作中与时俱进，从细节上实施人文关怀和个性化护理，以满足不断发展的妇产科护理学的要求，促进医患和谐关系的实现。
