益生菌对老年功能性便秘患者的临床研究(1)

【摘要】 目的：观察益生菌制剂对老年功能性便秘患者的疗效和安全性。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的68例老年便秘患者，采用自身对照试验，给予口服益生菌制剂治疗，疗程28 d，观察服药前、后患者胃肠道症状、粪便性状及不良反应情况。结果：经益生菌制剂治疗后，本组患者治疗总有效率为73.53%，无不良反应；相关症状总评分及粪便性状总评分均较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：益生菌制剂培菲康治疗功能性便秘安全有效，值得临床推广应用。
