【摘要】 目的：探讨应用中心静脉导管与传统粗硅胶管行胸腔闭式引流治疗COPD合并少量气胸的疗效及并发症。方法：46例COPD合并少量气胸患者随机分为两组。A组中心静脉导管胸腔置管闭式引流；B组传统粗硅胶管胸腔闭式引流；观察疗效及并发症。结果：A组与B组疗效相近，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，但B组并发症多于A组(P<0.05)。结论：中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流治疗COPD合并少量气胸疗效满意，且并发症少，值得临床推广。
