评价健康管理在防治无症状高尿酸血症中的应用(1)

【摘要】 目的：调查体检人群中无症状高尿酸血症的基本情况，评价健康管理对其影响。方法：对62例确诊的痛风患者为无症状高尿酸血症者进行健康管理干预。结果：通过健康管理，明显提高无症状高尿酸血症患者了解该病的相关知识(P<0.01)，血尿酸、血脂、体重指数等指标明显下降(P<0.05)。结论：健康管理对防治无症状高尿酸血症行之有效，值得在基层医院推广应用。
