【摘要】 目的：了解高职学生早餐就餐情况及对早餐的认知态度，为改善学生早餐情况提供参考。方法：采用整群抽样方法抽取渭南职业技术学院486名学生，利用问卷调查方法收集资料，应用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果：在1周中每天进食早餐的学生有39.3%，早餐食物类型中包含4种的仅占3.7%，56.4%的学生选择早餐主要依据个人口味，81.1%的学生认为早餐很重要。结论：高职学生对早餐重要性的认知较好，对早餐营养认知较差，每天进食早餐率较低，早餐质量较差。
