微创带线铆钉治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的临床研究(2)
经皮微创带线铆钉治疗急性新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂是一种安全、微创的手术方法，它具有操作简单、手术创伤小、时间短而且固定可靠、有重建骨骼-肌腱缝合系统作用及良好生物相容性，易于推广，同时具有早期功能恢复的优点。但本研究也存在不足，随访时间不够长，样本量不够大，因此对于经皮微创带线铆钉治疗急性新鲜闭合性跟腱断裂的远期疗效尚不清楚。同时我们认为最好采用完全随机设计的方法，对保守治疗、传统方法及经皮微创带线铆钉治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的治疗结果进行比较，以找出治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的最好方法。
