【摘要】 目的：了解医务人员手卫生的状况，分析影响医务人员手卫生执行的因素，为如何提高手卫生依从性提供依据。方法：制订《医务人员手卫生状况调查表》，对医院医务人员进行手卫生问卷调查。结果：影响医务人员手卫生执行的主要因素为工作因素中认为工作太忙没有时间洗手59.79%(58/97)，手卫生设施因素中洗手池数量太少43.30%(42/97)及手卫生认知因素中认为个人在工作中对洗手或手消没有足够的重视43.30%(42/97)。结论：医务人员手卫生状况尚可但仍然有部分欠缺，表现在工作紧张无暇顾及洗手，洗手设施布局不合理及手卫生意识淡薄。
