阿托伐他汀钙辅助治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭78例疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究阿托伐他汀钙辅助曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法：选取2010年6月-2013年6月笔者所在医院收治的152例原发性缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组78例和对照组74例。所有患者均给予针对缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的常规治疗，试验组在此基础上服用阿托伐他汀钙及曲美他嗪治疗，对照组单服用曲美他嗪治疗。持续治疗12周后，对两组患者的治疗效果及超声心动图各项指标进行对比分析。结果：经治疗后，试验组的治疗总有效率94.9%明显高于对照组的81.1%，差异有统计学意义(字2=6.9178，P=0.0085)。试验组的左室射血分数及心排出量均明显高于对照组，而左室舒张末期内径明显小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：阿托伐他汀钙辅助曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的效果良好，心功能恢复状况佳，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect observation of ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure adjuvant treated by Atorvastatin Calcium.Method：152 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 were selected，they were divided into the experimental group for 78 cases and the control group for 74 cases according to the random number table method.All patients were given conventional therapy in allusion to ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure，the experimental group were treated with Atorvastatin Calcium and Trimetazidine on the basis of conventional therapy，the control group was only treated with Trimetazidine on the basis of conventional therapy.Treatment was continued for 12 weeks，the treatment effect and the each indexes of echocardiography between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：After treatment，the total effective rate of experimental group was 94.9%，it was significantly higher than 81.1% of control group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=6.9178，P=0.0085).The left ventricular ejection fraction and heart output in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group，and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in experimental group was significantly less than the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The effect of ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure adjuvant treated by Atorvastatin Calcium and the recovery of heart function are good，is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

缺血性心肌病并发心力衰竭时可以说是缺血性心肌病病程后期的一种表现，对患者的生活质量易造成严重影响[1]。临床上常采用联合用药的方式对该病进行治疗[2]。本研究中笔者所在医院采用阿托伐他汀钙辅助曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭，取得了良好效果，现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2010年6月-2013年6月笔者所在医院收治的152例原发性缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。所有患者治疗前12周内均无曲美他嗪及他汀类药物服用史。按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为试验组78例和对照组74例。试验组78例患者中，男45例，女33例；年龄49～80岁，平均(58.1±6.9)岁；心功能评级：Ⅱ级66例，Ⅲ级12例。对照组74例患者中，男44例，女30例；年龄50～79岁，平均(57.7±7.4)岁；心功能评级：Ⅱ级64例，Ⅲ级10例。两组患者的性别、年龄、心功能分级等一般资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(彭晓红)
