B超引导下腋窝淋巴结穿刺活检的临床应用(2)
新辅助化疗是乳腺癌术前术后的主要辅助治疗手段，其化疗的效果直接影响手术切除的方式等，因此，需要有对化疗疗效有正确的评价手段，B超引导下穿刺活检判断腋窝淋巴结癌灶的消除情况对判断化疗的效果具有重要意义[12]。有研究认为，新辅助化疗后腋窝淋巴结的超声影像将发生明显改变，约有27.8%的腋窝淋巴结消失，其检查结果将直接影响外科手术方式的选择[13]。国外Kuerer等[14]研究认为，19例化疗前腋窝淋巴结转移阳性的患者，在新辅助化疗后约有23%的病例淋巴结得到完全缓解，直接影响患者的远期疗效。本研究结果也显示，化疗后32例淋巴结穿刺未发现癌细胞，完全缓解率达44.44%(32/72)，B超结果与病理结果相符。
综上所述，B超引导下腋窝淋巴结穿刺活检是一项简便、快捷、安全且可靠的诊断方法，对诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移况和判断化疗效果均具有重要的临床价值。

综上所述，B超引导下腋窝淋巴结穿刺活检是一项简便、快捷、安全且可靠的诊断方法，对诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移况和判断化疗效果均具有重要的临床价值。
