四君子汤加味治疗胃癌术后60例临床研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的：分析四君子汤加味治疗胃癌术后患者的临床疗效。方法：选取笔者所在医院2011年6月-2013年12月诊治的60例胃癌术后患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各30例。其中对照组采用常规营养支持等进行治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上加用四君子汤加味治疗，对两组患者术后不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果：研究结果显示，试验组发生2例腹胀、3例恶心呕吐、2例营养障碍，不良反应发生率为23.33%(7/30)，对照组发生5例腹胀、7例恶心呕吐、4例营养不良，不良反应发生率为53.33%(16/30)，试验组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(字2=5.71，P<0.05)。结论：四君子汤加味治疗胃癌术后患者具有良好的临床效果，能有效减少不良反应发生，值得在临床上推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effects of Decoction of Four Mild Drugs in the treatment of patients after the stomach cancer surgery.Method：60 patients who experienced the stomach cancer surgeries and accepted treatment in our hospital from June 2011 to December 2013 were selected as research objects，they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine nursing，the observation group was treated with the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs on the basis of the control group.The adverse reactions after the surgeries of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：The results of study showed that，in the observation group，abdominal distension occurred in 2 cases，nausea and vomiting occurred in 3 cases，nutrition disorder occurred in 2 cases，the incidence of adverse reaction was 23.33%(7/30).In the control group，abdominal distension occurred in 5 cases，nausea and vomiting occurred in 7 cases，nutrition disorder occurred in 4 cases，the incidence of adverse reaction was 53.33%(16/30)，the incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was significantly lower than control group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=5.71，P<0.05).Conclusion：The Decoction of Four Mild Drugs in the treatment of patients after the stomach cancer surgery has a good clinical effect，which can effectively decrease the occurrence of the adverse reactions，is worthy of clinical application.

    临床研究表明，胃癌患者经手术治疗后往往容易引发胃瘫综合征等多种不良反应，如果没有得到及时有效的治疗则会对手术效果和预后造成严重的影响[1-2]。本文旨在分析四君子汤加味治疗胃癌术后的临床疗效，特选取笔者所在医院2011年6月-2013年12月诊治的60例胃癌术后患者进行研究分析，现报告如下。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料

    选取笔者所在医院2011年6月-2013年12月诊治的60例胃癌术后患者作为研究对象，所有患者均通过胃癌根治术治疗，按照随机数字表分法将其分为试验组和对照组各30名。试验组30例患者中，男17例，女13例，年龄42～75岁，平均(55.37±11.35)岁；对照组30例患者中，男18例，女12例，年龄43～76岁，平均(56.89±11.39)岁。两组患者的年龄、性别、手术方式等一般资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。, 百拇医药(韦恒心)
