【摘要】 目的：探讨人文关怀配合基础护理对下肢骨折的老年患者愈后的影响。方法：对38例下肢骨折的老年患者进行人文关怀及基础护理，总结人文关怀对患者康复的影响。结果：所有患者平均住院17 d，除1例突发脑血管疾病死亡外，其余37例患者均康复出院。结论：人文护理对促进老年下肢骨折患者的康复起到重要作用。
