尿毒症并发恶性肿瘤的危险因素,毒素,血液透析,免疫功能障碍

     【摘要】随着尿毒症患者数量的增加，尿毒症患者合并恶性肿瘤的发生率呈现上升趋势。通过阅读国内外相关文献，发现尿毒症患者有毒素水平高、需肾脏替代治疗、免疫功能障碍等特点，这些均与尿毒症患者肿瘤发生率较高有关。早期认识到尿毒症患者发生肿瘤的风险性大小，及时发现并治疗，提高患者的生存率。
