【摘要】 本文主要总结12例腰椎后路手术后发生脑脊液漏患者的护理体会，并认为对腰椎术后并发脑脊液漏的患者做好术后病情观察，早期发现脑脊液漏，予以患者心理护理、体位护理、切口及引流管的护理、预防感染等方面的护理是促进患者康复的有效措施。
