【摘要】 目的：探讨护士遭受工作场所欺负行为的现状及其与护士人格特征之间的关系。方法：方便选取汕头市两家综合医院共计180名护士，用负性行为问卷(NAQ-R)和艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)进行调查。结果：受试(n=148)未受欺负者82名，占55.4%，遭受欺负者65名，占43.9%；遭受严重欺负者为1名，占0.7%。不同婚姻状况、受教育程度、职称护士的负性行为问卷得分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；神经质人格特征对护士遭受欺负具有显著影响(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论：护士工作场所中存在着欺负行为，其人格特征对遭受欺负行为有显著影响，应引起护理管理者重视。
