【摘要】 目的：探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提高医务人员手卫生依从性中的效果。方法：成立QCC活动小组，对医务人员手卫生现状进行调查，分析医务人员依从性不高的原因，采取有效的措施，以提高医务人员手卫生依从性。结果：QCC活动的开展，使医务人员的洗手率得到显著提高。结论：QCC活动可以有效提高医务人员手卫生的依从性。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of Quality Control Circle(QCC) on improving of compliance with hand hygiene of medical staff.Method：Medical staff were divided QCC teams.Then found the relative factors of compliance on hand hygiene of medical staff in order to elevate the medical staff compliance.Result：QCC could improve the hand washing rates of medical staff.Conclusion：Quality Control Circle could improve the compliance on hand hygiene of medical staff.
