【摘要】 近年来高血压疾病及其并发症的发病率呈逐年升高的态势，对于高血压疾病的临床研究也逐渐被医疗机构、科研院所等机构重视。本文首先阐述了降低血压的实际意义，在此基础上提出了科学合理的降压目标，最后对老年高血压合并冠心病的主要治疗方案的相关内容进行了综述。
