需要注意的是，PPH手术前尽量清空肠道，避免术中术后粪便感染伤口，同时术中需要注意充分扩肛，并动作轻柔，以免损伤肛管皮肤；荷包缝合应在同一水平线，光滑平整，注意无损伤尿道及阴道，所以，缝合深度在黏膜下层最佳，手术技巧需掌握。
