【摘要】 目的：研究综合护理干预方法对肺癌术后患者生活质量的改善作用。方法：抽取2010年6月-2013年4月笔者所在医院胸外科收治的106例肺癌术后患者进行研究，按照随机数字表法进行分组，干预组53例，术后采用综合护理干预；对照组53例，术后采用常规护理干预。分析归纳两组研究对象生活质量的改善情况。结果：干预组癌性疲乏程度低于对照组，生活质量四项因子(社会功能、物质生活、心理功能和躯体功能)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：肺癌患者术后采用综合护理干预护理工作具有明确的目的性，有效患者术后癌性疲乏，提高其生活质量，值得在临床开展应用。
