【摘要】 目的：讨论大面积脑梗死的外科手术治疗。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2004年1月-2014年12月收治的51例大面积脑梗死手术患者的临床资料，所选患者均行标准大骨瓣减压及颞肌贴敷术，术后随访并进行预后评分。结果：按GOS预后评分，恢复良好4例，轻度残疾15例，重度残疾25例，植物生存3例，死亡4例。结论：标准大骨瓣减压及颞肌贴敷术是治疗大面积脑梗死的一种重要方法。
