本文研究结果表明，超声引导下肌间沟神经阻滞与传统盲探法比较，明显缩短了神经阻滞操作时间及麻醉起效时间，延长了麻醉维持时间；提高了麻醉成功率，降低了血管、神经损伤等不良事件的发生，是安全、有效的麻醉方法，值得临床上进一步推广应用。
