【摘要】 目的：研究交锁髓内钉内固定治疗浮膝损伤的临床价值。方法：本次试验对象选取笔者所在医院24例浮膝损伤患者，均采用交锁髓内钉内固定治疗，观察患者治疗后的效果。结果：Ⅰ型浮膝损伤患者的手术平均时间为(154.56±10.36)min，术中出血量为(414.26±11.36)ml，愈合时间为(30.14±5.42)周；Ⅱ型患者的手术平均时间为(218.62±10.57)min，术中出血量为(451.36±12.34)ml，愈合时间为(32.41±5.34)周。经过治疗之后，患者的治疗优良率为83.33%(20/24)。结论：利用交锁髓内钉内固定治疗浮膝损伤有着理想的效果，患者恢复情况良好。
