【摘要】 目的：探讨个性化护理在人工流产中的创新体会。方法：对笔者所在医院100例人工流产者进行人工流产前、人工流产中的护理及人工流产后进行正确的心理，饮食，卫生及健康指导。结果：96例患者顺利通过人工流产，未发生严重并发症，2例有术后少量出血，予以对症处理，1例反射性呕吐予以穴位按压侧卧休息，1例轻度虚脱予以平衡盐液体输注。结论：个性化护理减少了人工流产引起的一系列并发症的发生。
