【摘要】 颌面部大面积骨缺损的修复是口腔颌面外科手术的一大难题。目前临床常用的修复方式包括：赝复体修复、血管化骨肌瓣移植、同种异体骨移植等技术。近年来，随着骨组织工程技术研究的逐步深入，为修复颌骨缺损带来了新的思路。
