股骨头双极假体置换与空心钉内固定治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床对照研究(2)
综上所述，高龄股骨颈骨折患者采用股骨头双极假体置换治疗，能够有效增加患者临床治疗效果，减少患者不良反应的发生情况，值得临床进一步推广使用。
