3D—CTA在颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞治疗中的应用价值(2)
但应当特别注意的是,3D-CTA显示的图像是静态的血管充盈时的图像,并不能显示脑血管血流动力学的情况,而血流动力学是介入治疗的前提和基础,所以在介入治疗中3D-CTA在治疗中并不能完全取代DSA。如不能做压颈试验,不能做球囊闭塞试验。但3D-CTA能够在介入手术前为手术提供很多信息,在动脉瘤介入栓塞术前常规行颈部及脑血管3D-CTA,能够提高血管内介入手术的成功率。
