【摘要】 目的：探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿穿刺介入治疗的临床效果。方法：选择2008年8月-2016年5月笔者所在医院妇科卵巢巧克力囊肿患者

    155例，在超声引导下穿刺针穿入囊肿中心，抽出囊肿液，生理盐水反复冲洗囊肿腔，无水乙醇注入囊肿腔内5 min后抽出，反复3次。结果：155例患者手术均成功完成，手术时间20～80 min，平均(32.0±6.5)min；抽出囊肿液15～530 ml，平均(50±15)ml；术后3个月复查，囊肿消失治愈149例，囊肿明显缩小6例；治愈率96.1%，有效率100%；6例囊肿缩小的患者术后3个月再次穿刺介入治疗治愈。无严重并发症发生。结论：超声引导下穿刺介入治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿，具有微创、治愈率高、并发症少、可重复性强、无需住院等优点，有临床推广和应用价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of puncture interventional treatment on ovarian chocolate cyst.Method：155 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst from our hospital during August 2008 to May 2016 were chose.Cyst was inserted with the guide of ultrasonic.Cyst fluid was then taken out.Cyst cavity was then flushed repeatedly with physiological saline.Anhydrous ethanol was injected in the cyst cavity and was drawn out after 5 minutes. This procedure was repeated for 3 times.Result：All the operations of the 155 cases were successful.Duration of the operation was 20 to 80 minutes ......
