萤火虫技术与高频超声在乳腺癌钙化结节中的应用价值(1)
【摘要】 目的:探討萤火虫技术与高频超声在乳腺癌钙化结节中的应用价值。方法:54例乳腺癌患者共96个结节,均经细针穿刺后病理证实为乳腺癌,其中74个结节伴钙化。结节分别进行高频超声及萤火虫技术检查,对比两种模式在乳腺癌伴不同类型钙化中的检出率。结果:74个伴钙化结节,高频超声检出率82.43%,萤火虫技术检出率87.84%;萤火虫技术对粗钙化(直径>1 mm)检出率小于高频超声((73.68%<78.95%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),萤火虫技术对微钙化(直径<1 mm)检出率大于高频超声(92.73%>83.64%),差异有统计学意义(字2=15.950,P<0.001)。结论:萤火虫技术对于乳腺癌伴钙化结节的检出率大于高频超声,且对微小钙化的检出率亦大于高频超声;但对于粗大钙化的检出,萤火虫技术不及高频超声敏感,因微钙化与乳腺癌的良恶性鉴别密切相关,故在乳腺结节伴钙化的诊断中应两种模式相结合,提高检出率。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the application of firefly(Micro Pure) technique and high frequency ultrasound in calcified nodules of breast carcinoma.Method:96 nodules of 54 patients were confirmed of breast carcinoma by pathology after fine needle biopsy,and 74 nodules were calcification.Use the firefly technique and high frequency ultrasound to check the calcified nodules.The detection rates of two types of ultrasound in the diagnosis of different types of calcified nodules in breast carcinoma were compared.Result:In 74 nodules with calcification,the detection rate of high-frequency ultrasound was 82.43%,the detection rate of firefly technique was 87.84%.The detection rate of firefly technology for coarse calcification(>1 mm) was less than the high frequency ultrasound(73.68%<78.95%,P=0.001),the detection rate of firefly technology for micro calcification(<1 mm) was greater than the high frequency ultrasound(92.73%>83.64%,字2=15.950,P<0.001).Conclusion:The firefly technique in the detection rate of breast carcinoma with calcification is greater than the high frequency ultrasound.And for the breast carcinoma with tiny calcification,the detection rate of firefly technology is greater than the high frequency ultrasound.But for the detect of bulky calcification, the firefly technology is worse than the high frequency ultrasound. Because of the micro calcification is closely related to the identification of benign and malignant for breast carcinoma,it is necessary to combine the firefly technique with the high frequency ultrasound to improve the detection rate of breast nodules with calcification.
