学生参与开放式实验管理教学的效果探讨(1)

     【摘要】 目的:為了使学生的自我管理、操作技术水平、综合运用所学知识的能力及综合素质得到进一步的提升,对学生参与开放式实验管理教学的效果进行探讨和分析。方法:2016年6月从笔者所在学校的2015级护理专业20个班级中随机抽取两个班级,分别为观察组和对照组,其中观察组班级共有61人,采取学生参与的开放式实验管理教学模式进行教学;对照组班级共有60人,则采取传统的实验室管理模式进行教学。在对两个班级分别采取不同的教学模式后,待课程结束时,分别对两个班级进行操作技能的考核及问卷调查,以评价两种教学管理方式的效果。结果:观察组学生准备和处理物品、表达能力、分析问题解决问题的能力、操作技能得分分别为(8.4±0.2)、(4.0±0.8)、(4.5±0.3)、(71.4±6.2)分,与对照组学生比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对于开放式实验室教学的满意度为93.44%,明显高于对照组的61.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生护理操作事故率明显低于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:学生参与的开放式实验管理教学是一种新颖的教学模式,其对于提高学生的自我管理,操作技术水平,综合运用所学知识及提升综合素质和创新能力等各个方面均有重要作用,其可在学生参与教学的过程中,培养其责任心,并让其认识到团队协作的重要性,在学习的过程中,也锻炼了独立思考、理性分析问题及解决问题的综合能力。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To improve students' self-management,operation technology level,comprehensive application ability of learnt knowledge and comprehensive quality,to discuss and analysis the effect of students who participated in open experiment management teaching.Method:From June 2016 two classes were randomly selected from students majoring in nursing among 20 classes at campus,and the students were divided into observation group and the control group respectively.Among them,there were 61 people in the classes of observation group in total,who were given the open experimental teaching model with the students’ participation.There were 60 students in the classes of control group,who were given the traditional laboratory management mode for teaching.After adopting different teaching modes for two classes,the assessment of operating skill and questionnaire survey were carried out among two classes to evaluate the effectiveness of the two teaching methods.Result:The scores of students in observation group were (8.4±0.2),(4.0±0.8),(4.5±0.3) and (71.4±6.2) respectively in terms of the preparation & processing of goods, expression ability,problem analyzing & solving ability and operation skill,the scores of which were (8.4±0.2),(4.0±0.8), (4.5±0.3),(71.4±6.2) respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of open laboratory teaching was 93.44% for students in observation group,significantly higher than 61.67% for students in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Open experiment management teaching with students’ participation is a kind of new teaching mode,which plays an important role in various aspects,such as improving students' self-management,the level of operation technique,the comprehensive application of learnt knowledge,the improvement of comprehensive quality and innovation ability,etc.It can cultivate the students’ responsibility during participation in the process of teaching and let them realize the importance of teamwork.During the process of study,the comprehensive abilities of independent thinking,rational analysis and problem solving will be built up as well., 百拇医药(王晓琴 魏梅 苏淑贤)
