临床护理路径在脑挫伤中的应用效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：觀察临床护理路径在脑挫伤中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月-2016年12月笔者所在医院收治的脑挫伤患者120例作为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，对照组患者给予常规护理，试验组患者给予临床护理路径，观察并对比两组患者的临床效果、日常生活能力评分、四肢功能评分、并发症发生率及患者满意度等，分析临床护理路径在脑挫伤中的应用价值，旨在提高脑挫伤患者的预后效果。结果：试验组患者护理后临床总有效率为96.7%，对照组患者护理后临床总有效率为80.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组患者日常生活能力评分和肢体功能评分明显高于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组患者并发症的发生率为5.0%，满意度为98.3%，对照组患者并发症的发生率为21.7%，满意度为83.3%，两组患者并发症发生率和满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床护理路径在脑挫伤中的应用效果显著，促进患者日常生活能力和四肢功能的恢复，提高患者的安全性和满意度，值得在脑挫伤的护理中推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in brain contusion，and to analyze the clinical application value of clinical nursing pathway.Method：From January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital，120 cases with cerebral contusion were selected as the research object，they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，60 patients in each group，the control group was given routine nursing，the experimental group was given clinical nursing path for patients，the clinical effect and the ability of daily life of two groups were compared and scored，limb function score，complication rate and patient satisfaction，the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in cerebral contusion were analyzed.Result：After nursing，the clinical total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.7%，the control group was 80.0%，there was significant difference(P<0.05)；ability of daily life score and limb function score of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)；the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.0%，the satisfaction was 98.3%，the incidence of complications in the control group was 21.7%，satisfaction was 83.3%，the differences between the two groups of patients were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion：The application effect of clinical nursing pathway in cerebral contusion is significantly，can promote patients ability of daily life and limb function recovery，reduce the incidence of complications，improve patient satisfaction，has certain clinical application value.
