【摘要】 目的：分析剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠的临床治疗效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院42例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠患者，分为两组。常规组进行药物治疗，观察组采用肌内注射和宫腔内注射联合超声进行清宫治疗。结果：观察组患者平均住院时间、瘢痕位置包块消失时间明显短于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组治疗总有效率为71.43%，治疗组治疗总有效率为90.48%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肌内注射和宫腔内注射联合超声实行清宫治疗，能有效缩短剖宫产术后发生子宫瘢痕处妊娠患者的住院时间，降低患者出现感染的情况，缩短包块消失时间，安全性较高，有利于患者早日康复，可满足临床患者需求。
