骨化三醇对初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能的影响(3)
本试验研究证明,初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素分泌指数降低,同时合并25(OH)D3下降,故25(OH)D3下降可能是胰岛功能受损的原因之一,在降糖效果相同的基础上经过补充小剂量活性维生素D(骨化三醇)可使患者胰岛素分泌指数适当增加,提示在独立的降糖作用以外补充活性维生素D可改善患者胰岛功能,但由于本研究样本量较少,且观察指标相对单一(胰岛素分泌指数),需行进一步的研究证实。
