【摘要】 目的：探讨对哮喘吸入治疗患者实施人性化护理对其治疗效果及依从性的影响。方法：选取2015年2月-2017年2月笔者所在医院收治的120例实施吸入治疗的哮喘患者进行研究，按患者护理方案将其分为基础组(n=60)和人性化组(n=60)，基础组实施基础护理，人性化组实施人性化护理，统计分析两组患者的治疗效果及依从性状况。结果：人性化组患者治疗后最大呼气流量(PEF)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、治疗总有效率、治疗依从性明显高于基础组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对哮喘吸入治疗患者实施人性化护理可改善患者治疗效果及依从性。
