无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜在检查诊治中临床效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究并比較无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜在消化系统疾病诊治中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月-2016年12月笔者所在医院消化内科收治的4000例消化系统疾病患者作为研究对象，采取计算机单盲分组法随机分为两组，每组2000例，对照组接受常规胃肠镜检查，观察组接受无痛胃肠镜检查，比较两组患者的各项生命体征指标、不良反应发生率、胃肠镜检查效果、检查时间、疼痛评分。结果：检查中，两组各项生命体征均出现一定程度的波动，观察组的各项生命体征波动不明显，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而对照组检查中的各项生命体征波动明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的胃肠镜检查优良率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的检查时间、疼痛评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在消化系统疾病诊治过程中，采用无痛胃肠镜检查可有效减轻对患者机体的刺激，有利于维持生命体征平稳，减少不良反应，促使患者顺利完成检查。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study and compare the effect of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases.Method：4000 cases of patients with digestive diseases in our hospital were selected from January 2014 to December 2016 as the research object，and randomly divided into two groups by computer single blind group，2000 cases in each group.The control group received conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy，the observation group received painless colonoscopy stomach，compared the vital signs index，two groups of patients with adverse reaction rate，gastrointestinal endoscopy examination time，pain score.Result：In the examination，two groups of vital signs had a certain degree of volatility，the vital signs of the observe group was not obvious(P>0.05)，while that of the control group in the examination was significant(P<0.05)；the adverse reaction rate in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05)；the excellent rate of gastrointestinal endoscopy check of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05)；examination time and the pain score in the observation were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：In the process of diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases，the use of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can effectively reduce the patient's body to stimulate，help to maintain stable vital signs，reduce adverse reaction，make the patients successfully completed the examination.
