【摘要】 目的：探讨跟骨骨折锁定钢板内固定的治疗方法与效果。方法：选取在笔者所在医院接受治疗的32例跟骨骨折患者为研究对象，均以锁定钢板内固定术实施治疗，对其治疗的整个过程、治疗后的结果进行回顾与分析。结果：32例手术均顺利完成，手术用时(83.5±11.6)min，术中失血量(152.6±19.6)ml，无内固定失败、骨折移位的患者，足部功能恢复优良率93.75%(30/32)，并发症发生率18.75%(6/32)，并发症均未对足部功能的恢复产生影响。结论：对于跟骨骨折的治疗，跟骨锁定板应用效果显著，可使患者足部功能尽早恢复。
