【摘要】 目的：探讨窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法：选择笔者所在医院2014年12月-2017年1月诊治的68例白癜风患者作为此次研究对象，随机将患者分为对照组和治疗组，对照组应用传统药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上应用窄谱中波紫外线治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：对照组治疗总有效率76.5%，治疗组治疗总有效率94.1%，治疗组显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组患者不良反应发生率5.88%，与对照组的8.82%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风能够获得显著临床疗效，值得临床推广。
