【摘要】 目的：讨论阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中出血效果及并发症。方法：选取笔者所在医院2015年6月-2016年6月发生急性缺血性脑卒中的患者50例，选取的患者均使用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗。使用脑卒中的量表对患者治疗前后的神经功能进行评分。结果：经过静脉溶栓后有7例出现出血的情况，鼻出血、消化道出血、牙龈出血、皮下出血平均时间为47.6 min、10 h、21.6 min、16 h。在治疗前的脑卒中的量表评分为(15.44±2.14)分，在治疗后脑卒中量表评分为(9.77±1.74)分，治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于急性缺血性脑卒中的患者使用阿替普酶静脉溶栓，在实行溶栓后，可以有效减少脑卒中量表的评分，医护人员需要注意患者发生出血，早发现、早处理。
