【摘要】 目的：分析妊娠晚期羊水过少对妊娠结局及分娩方式的影响。方法：选取笔者所在医院2016年5月-2017年5月收治的60例妊娠晚期羊水过少孕妇作为观察组，另选同期60例妊娠晚期羊水正常孕妇作为对照组，比较二者妊娠结局及分娩方式差异。结果：对照组自然分娩率为83.3%，剖宫产率为16.7%，观察组自然分娩率为60.0%、剖宫产率40.0%，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组脐带异常发生率、胎儿窘迫发生率、新生儿窒息发生率、胎儿生长受限发生率、延期/过期妊娠发生率、胎儿畸形发生率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：妊娠晚期羊水过少将对妊娠结局及分娩方式带来直接影响，应引起临床的高度重视。
