非心脏手术患者术后新发心房颤动预测因素分析(2)
术后新发心房颤动是非心脏手术一种相对常见的并发症，本研究显示其发生会延长患者的住院天数，增加患者的负担。然而，对该并发症的确切发生机制、病理生理却仍然不太清楚。其治疗策略应该基于引起心律失常的病因，一般选择节律控制，但是否需要进行长期的抗凝治疗仍需将来进一步研究。
