预见性护理在普外科老年患者围手术期护理中的应用(2)
预见性护理是全面细致的护理方案，以多年的临床实践经验为依据，以严谨客观的科学理论为基础，重视患者的心理和生理双方面健康[5-9]，具有高度灵活性，能够在治疗护理过程中随时调整，具有极强的针对性和个体性，而常规护理更多关注的是患者的生命体征、生理指标等情况是否恢复，往往忽略患者的心理诉求和情感需求，忽视良好的心境在促进疾病恢复中发挥的重要作用[10-12]，因而护理效果不甚理想。
